Linens N Love operates a **fee-for-service platform** that facilitates coordination between participating hotels and community-serving organizations for redistribution of linens. We do not provide goods for purchase or sale; we coordinate pickups of surplus or donated linens provided **as-is**. No warranties or guarantees are made regarding type, quantity, condition, fitness for purpose, sanitation, packaging, or availability of linens.

Participation in this program is **not a charitable donation**. Payments are service fees to offset coordination and logistics costs. We do not issue tax donation receipts through this platform. Organizations seeking tax receipts must contact us separately regarding sponsorship opportunities.

Our Service is provided **“AS IS”** and **“AS AVAILABLE.”** We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee availability, quantity, timing, delivery, or condition of linens. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linens N Love, its affiliates, directors, staff, contractors, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of data, lost profits, or other losses related to use or inability to use our Service or linens, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. **Our liability is capped at $100 or the amount you paid for the specific service, whichever is greater.**

Participants are **solely responsible** for transportation arrangements and timely pickups. Linens N Love is not responsible for missed pickups, delays, or costs incurred for transportation or failure to retrieve items.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Service, including participant access, at any time and without notice due to operational needs or external factors beyond our control.

Our website content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. External links are provided for convenience; Linens N Love is not responsible for external sites or resources.
