Linens N Love Global Volunteers Program
In the summer of 2020, many youth volunteers around the world lost their volunteer opportunities at the onset of COVID-19. The Linens N Love team created the Global Volunteers Program as a way to restore volunteer opportunities for student leaders globally.

Some of our Linens N Love student leaders had the opportunity to attend the General Motors STEM for Changemaking Summit in July of 2020.

Ambassadors
Ambassadors act as social media influencers to promote Linens N Love, with the main project being their social media campaigns that leveraged social media to educate Linens N Love’s audience.
Role description:
– Act as a social media influencer to promote our campaign.
– Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build awareness for Linens N Love’s mission.
– Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, especially on our Instagram account.
– Incorporate optimization strategies and research the best ways to increase traffic.
– Review the success of campaigns and develop ways to improve.
Project Leaders
Project Leaders coordinate Linens N Love initiatives with the support and guidance of the Linens N Love Global Volunteer Directors. Initiatives including creating educational content/guidebooks, facilitating linen deliveries, and leading bake sales.
Role description:
– Coordinate any Linens N Love initiative of your choice (blanket delivery, food drive, bake sale, mask drive for hospitals) with the support and guidance of our Linens N Love team.
– Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress with the Linens N Love team’s support.
– Document your experiences of leading your initiative.
Research Bloggers
Research Bloggers are responsible for researching environmental issues & social causes that they are passionate about, including teen homelessness, sustainability, and urban gardening.
Role description:
– Research environmental issues and causes that you are passionate about (animal testing, teen homelessness, environmental awareness, women empowerment, sustainability, etc.).
– Compose articles to be published on our website and Medium Publication.
– Receive viewership and credit for all work, with your blog posts featured on our social media platforms.
